## Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services before commencement of work by contacting Cloud Mistri.

Any advance payments received may be subject to deductions for:

* Site visits
* Design work completed
* Consultancy services rendered
* Administrative costs incurred

## Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds shall not be applicable for:

* Completed work
* Consumed materials
* Approved designs and drawings
* Services already rendered

## Project-Based Services

Construction, renovation, architectural, and interior projects are customized services. Refund requests after commencement of work will be evaluated based on work completed and expenses incurred.

## Home Loan Services

Cloud Mistri does not charge any fees for basic home loan inquiries. Any fees charged by financial institutions are governed by their respective policies.

## Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method or other mutually agreed methods.
